typo: i don't want that the UA has to send two REGISTERs for one contact
each.  that is, UA must be able to register both of its contacts in a
single register request.

this is my last message about this topic (i need to save cycles to code
writing).  i have already learned many times that this working group
does not care about real world requirements or even rfc3261
compatibility unless something in 3gpp gets broken.
