you might want to have a look at Seagull tool (http://gull.sourceforge.net/), quite similar to SIPp but multi-protocol.
MSRP is not in yet, but the basis (an MSRP parser) is almost there - code needs to be updated though.
Seagull supports also SIP (although a little bit more complicated to use than SIPp as Seagull is multi-protocol), which allows to create scenarios which have both SIP+MSRP messages.
