I don't think that MWI is a major concern anymore. The request we get
most often is to be able to delete messages only once. A delay on the
MWI side seems to be perfectly acceptable to users who value a fully
unified messaging experience.

Also, the ability to use existing backup mechanism for the company's
mailstore to now also backup voicemail is a big advantage.
