Chris,

I am guessing, but the problem would likely be that the Trunking
Gateway and Dial plan have not been properly set up. It might be the
case that your INVITE to SIPX  has the request URI and From header
domain part such that sipx would challenge the INVITE that it sees.
Please ask your user to gather and send logs. Alternatively, you
could, if you wish, provide me with a test account and I can try to
configure it and determine what the problem could be. We have tested
introperability with bandwidth.com quite extensively.
