If you're referring to the message quoted below, it never came through
(if the message was over 60K the list won't accept it).

You didn't say which version of sipXecs your debugging - it matters a
lot because the current stable and development versions send that
response for some different reasons.  (If we'd seen the trace, we'd have
been able tell from version info in the messages...).
