I think by saying "becomie a supervisor", you mean to say:
1. Take a few ACD Agents and put them in a separate group (ex. Add ACD
server with Queue Q1 and add two agents say 170, 171. Add a line 555)
2. Add a user group "ACD_user" with users 170 and 171.
3) Create a new user who will become the supervisor for agents 170 and 171
(That is, create a user 313)
4) Navigate to 313 user page as administrator and click on "ACD agent
supervisor" link.
5. Now, enter "ACD_user" in the edit box.
With the above steps, user 313 is set as supervisor for the group
"ACD_user" and should now be able to monitor agents 170 and 171. If you
now login as User 313 into the enduser portal, you should see a tab for
monitoring the activities of these agents. But this is not happening.
These are the steps that we used to follow for for 3.10 but this doesn't
seem to be working now. Is there anything else that needs to be done to
configure a user as a supervisor?
