Scott, On the http://sipxecs.sipfoundry.org/ page under "Developer Resources" there is a link to the "Source Control Browser" which gives the 404 error. I see that I should have been using the "Source Browser" at the top. And thanks for the explanation regarding Nortel, it has cleared up a few things.
