Hi, I am looking for suggestions about submission of the following work(source code, MSI installation) I have been worked on recently.
An outlook 2007 add in in Visual Studio 2005/C# which allows users to 1) Create a meeting/appointment with SCS conference as default "Location". - When configuring the add in through an option under "tools->scs configuration" menu, a user could choose whether the default meeting location is using SCS conference or not. If the option is checked, every time a new meeting/appointment is created, the location field is default to SCS conference. 2) Fill the meeting location by simply click a button. There is a button (meet...@scs) available on the "new appointment" Ribbon UI. Users can fill the Location by just a click. 3) Call to conference Whenever a meeting item is opened or right clicked from the calendar, there is a "Start" button on the Ribbon UI/or on the Context-Menu. A user could initiate the meeting or Join the meeting by just a click. 4) Call a contact Whenever a contact item is opened or right clicked, a user could call the contact by clicking the "call" option on the Ribbon UI/or on the Context-Menu. 5) Call a mail sender Whenever a mail item is opened or right clicked, a user could call the sender by clicking the "call" option on the Ribbon UI/or on the Context-Menu. 6) An "scs configuration" option is added into "tools" to allow user provision the following information SCS IP/host, SCS user account, meeting bridge number/Conference id, default location.
