Thanks. Should the syntax be in the file as a process of the
upgrade? Where in the file should it go?
I placed it in the file, made sure BIND didn't complain, which
is good.
Upon resending profiles from the server page the ZONE is empty
again.

The beginning of the file /etc/named.conf should look like this.
Note that there's meant to be a space before DNS_MODE.
This header is not automatically added on an upgrade.
// WARNING: Name server configuration is a sipX automatically generated
file.
// Contents may be overwritten unless you change the mode to
"Manual".
