None of those lines were there. I pasted them in and now it
works.
Were they supposed to be inserted as part of the upgrade? If
not, then I think the wiki needs a note about how to do this manually as
part of the 4.02 upgrade, or made simpler somehow.
The DNS_MODE isn't inserted as part of the upgrade; it needs to be added
manually.
