I'd say it is pretty similar. I'm not sure what the working configuration is
so I can't get back to it to test if it works.
Any known workaround? I don't see one documented in Jira.

Check the sipxacd.log. Check if sipxacd.log for errors.
Don't reopen closed issues unless you are 100% sure you found the same
problem again. When in doubt new issue is better.
