One more known issue is existing :

Here,as mentioned in the issue, some agents are suddenly signed out and
its shown from the back end (ie; sipxacd_events.log), but the agent
availability page in config UI shows that those agents are signed in.
In this case ACD will work after this issue, but without involving those
signed out agents.
To get back sign in, the work around is : Remove those signed out
agents from ACD , activate the ACD server, again add those agents back
to ACD and activate the ACD server once again.

Check the sipxacd.log. Check if sipxacd.log for errors.
Don't reopen closed issues unless you are 100% sure you found the same
problem again. When in doubt new issue is better.
