I'm having the same problem as XX-4869 with an ISO build 4.0.2-016420. I've
tried the mentioned work arounds, but I'm getting a "ACD server
configuration Error" in the jobs list when I activate the ACD. I enabled
the debug logs, but I can't really see anything that points to why it's
giving the error. Which log file should I be looking at to give me a clue?

I've tried every possible combination of
activation/delete/adds/reboots/restart services/ etc... I have many 4.0.1
systems configured the exact same without any problems.

some strange things I see in the sipxacd.log file:
after removing all agents from ACD queue AND deleting the actual user
completely from the PBX AND restarting all of the services I still see
messages in sipxacd.log file referencing the old (now deleted) users. Why
are things not "cleaned up" after deleting things?

thanks.
James
