We are experiencing periodic core dumps of the sipxacd process. In our
research of the issue we’ve identified that the core dumps all line up with
a sipxsupervisor.log entry associated with a couple of commands running
(Details below). Can anyone help us understand what process is launching
these scripts, why they are being called and what they are suppose to be
doing? Obviously, the bottom line is that we want to understand why the
core dumps are occurring so if anyone has seen this or has suggestions about
why these scripts are leading to a core dump, we would love to hear that.

 This service we “believe” is running the commands is the
“sipxsupervisor”since the sipxsupervisor.log is the log identifying
the execution of the
scripts. Please validate this assumption if you can.

 The 2 scripts being launched just prior to the core dump are:

 Command1 = /usr/bin/sipxacd.sh  --configtest

Command2 = /usr/bin/sipxacd.sh

 Sipxsupervisor.log entries:

"2009-10-15T13:30:21.337837Z":14576:SUPERVISOR:NOTICE:pa0sipxtrial01.sipdomain.local:SipxProcessCmd-81:45586940:Supervisor:"SipxProcessCmd::execute
/usr/bin/sipxacd.sh  --configtest"

"2009-10-15T13:30:22.378375Z":14577:SUPERVISOR:NOTICE:pa0sipxtrial01.sipdomain.local:SipxProcessCmd-83:45788940:Supervisor:"SipxProcessCmd::execute
/usr/bin/sipxacd.sh"

 The core dump happens immediately after the second command is executed.
