Woof! Label "Voicemail Attachment Options" should probably be renamed to "Voicemail Notification Options".
The "Additional E-mail address" needs the same "Voicemail Notificaton Options" dropdown, with the exception that the "synchronize with IMAP" option isn't available. It also needs an "Email Format" option as well. There should be some white space between the "Main" e-mail section and the "Alternate" email section. Can the "sub-options" be indented so they show up Under the "Email" and "Alternate Email" selections?
