Hi All,
This query is regarding uploading a edited CSV file into phone
book.Editing first name or last name or number filed in CSV file and
uploading the same CSV file to phone book is considered as new contact
entry in phone book.
So, If any user has entered wrong number or first name or last name
while uploading CSV file and admin edits the CSV file for the same
mistake and
uploads the same CSV file again, phone book considers this as another
phone book entry .IMHO same entry should get *edited *in phone book and
not be added as a
new contact.
Please confirm if a jira can be raised for the same..
