Nope. This is how it's going to work in 4.2 The combination of the first name, last name and number is a treated as a unique key. At some point sipXconfig might get a UI for reconciling and merging multiple entries but we cannot drop any entry or merge it automatically just because it seems similar to existing one. We do sorely miss an interface to remove and edit imported entries though...
