Hi all, This is regarding feature http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-6870 The initial plan was to configure community strings in general(like BCM) to sipX snmp agent as mentioned in Fig-3 & 4 in the following link(feature xx-6870). http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/SNMP_Traps_Feature Fig-3 & 4 become redundant at this point as Fig-5 is taking care of the community string configuration which is used by the sipX snmp agent to send traps to the snmp manager. As we are supporting just snmp version V2 at this point we are only left with: 1.One field to configure(Enable SNMP Agent, Fig-2). 2.One link to download (Download SipXecs MIB's ,Fig-2) Thought of removing the separate web page for snmp & moving above 2 items to Alarm's page as shown in the screenshot 'snmp_config_in_alarm_page.JPG' http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-6870 Currently 'Enable alarm notifications' checkbox in Alarms web page enables/disables both sms & email & having Alarm Trap Notification enable/disable too will have better usability. Please suggest if its fine to move to Alarm's page. Thanks & Regards, Seshu
