Hi All, Below is the scenario and the observation, Precondition : 1.Register two phones with used ID 300 and 301. 2.Voicemail is enabled for both the users.
Steps to reproduce : 1.Call user 301 from 300. 2.Reject the call on 301, call rolls over to voicemail, deposit the voicemail for 301. 3.Login to the end user portal of user 301. 4.Without listening to the message , move it to the saved folder. 5.Navigate to saved folder and PLAY the message from web UI option. Expected response : MWI should stop glow and when tried to retrieve VM by dialing 101 "You have no messages in your inbox" should be prompted. Actual response : MWI does NOT stop glowing but when tried to retrieve VM by dialing 101 "You have no messages in your inbox" is prompted which is expected. Please let me know if there is any Jira issue reported for above mentioned problem if no i would like to go ahead with reporting it as a new issue found. Regards, Vignaraj Hegde
