Hi , I verified the below scenario on build software SCS- 4.1.6-017813 still i am observing this issue. When user play the unheard message from the SAVED folder NOTIFY goes with wrong value as shown below Messages-Waiting: no\r\n Message-Account: sip:[email protected]\r\n Voice-Message: -1/1 (0/0)\r\n It should not send the value -1 in Voice-Message so MWI still glowing. Actual response : MWI does NOT stop glowing but when tried to retrieve VM by dialing 101 "You have no messages in your inbox" is prompted which is expected. Please let me know if there is any Jira issue reported for above mentioned problem if no i would like to go ahead with reporting it as a new issue found.
