Hi Vignaraj,
I moved the unheard message to the saved folder from Web UI.
Message cannot be moved to saved folder/trash folder from TUI without
listening . To move the message to saved folder, one needs to press the
action digit 3 from the Message menu , after pressing 3 , message will
be marked as "Heard", MWI stops glowing and message will be moved to the
Saved folder.

After moving the unheard message to the Saved folder and playing the
unheard message from saved folder (web UI) , status of message should
change from unheard to heard after refreshing and MWI should stop
glowing and when tried to retrieve VM by dialing 101 "You have one
saved message" should be prompted.
I verified the mentioned scenario on build software SCS-4.1.6-017741,
it is working as mentioned above which is expected.
Thanks,
Vani

Hi All,
Below is the scenario and the observation,
Precondition :
1.Register two phones with used ID 300 and 301.
2.Voicemail is enabled for both the users.
Steps to reproduce :
1.Call user 301 from 300.
2.Reject the call on 301, call rolls over to voicemail, deposit the
voicemail for 301.
3.Login to the end user portal of user 301.
4.Without listening to the message , move it to the saved folder.
5.Navigate to saved folder and PLAY the message from web UI option.
Expected response : MWI should stop glow and when tried to retrieve
VM by dialing 101 "You have no messages in your inbox" should be
prompted.
Actual response : MWI does NOT stop glowing but when tried to
retrieve VM by dialing 101 "You have no messages in your inbox" is
prompted which is expected.
Please let me know if there is any Jira issue reported for above
mentioned problem if no i would like to go ahead with reporting it as
a new issue found.

Vignaraj Hegde
