This is the query regarding CDR - click to call. Call details are displayed as below for Click to call screnario after the fix for issue XX-7226 , Scenario : ------------ 1. From user portal (150) click on 152 to initiate click to call . 2. User 150 starts ringing , answer the call. 3. Now user 152 starts ringing , wait for some time and answer the call and hangup. Call History page displays call details as follows  My Query : ------------- As shown in the screenshot above - transferred call shows a duration of 15 secs . This is not the actual call established time between the users. This is the ringing time of user 152 (at this point of time call will not be established between users 150 & 152). IMHO this transferred call should not show any duration as there is no call established between users. Please advise if I am wrong or missing something. Thank you , Naveen |
