The observations you're seeing was the intent of my recent changes.  As
Scott mentioned, this is actually what is happening in the system from a
call point of view and should be reflected as such in the CDR records.
>From a Call Accounting point of view, you may want to ignore the time of
the original ClickToCall call but I don't want to make that decision for
whomever is processing the records.
