Hi All,
Logged in to the end user portal and moved an UNHEARD message
from the INBOX to SAVED folder. As a result, MWI stopped glowing when I
rebooted the corresponding phone.
I have two queries :
1. Should the MWI stop glowing, if an UNheard message is moved to Saved
folder ?
2. If the answer for my first question is YES, then why the phone needs
a reboot to stop MWI?
Please let me know what the expected behavior should be.
