                        Hi All,

Logged in to the end user portal and
moved an UNHEARD message
from the INBOX to SAVED folder. As a result, MWI
stopped glowing when
                        I rebooted the corresponding phone.
                        I have two queries :
                        1. Should the MWI stop glowing, if an UNheard
message is moved to
                        Saved folder ?

                Yes.

                        2. If the answer for my first question is YES,
then why the phone
needs a reboot to stop MWI?

I don't understand the question. You said the MWI
turned off - what
does a reboot have to do with it?

After moving UNHEARD message to the SAVED folder.
        Expected result :
        MWI should cease immediately.
        Actual result:
MWI will be keep on glowing eventhough there is no message in
the INBOX. MWI stops only if the phone is rebooted.

I think you should enter a Jira for this issue so it can be
tracked ..

        Peter
