OK, then what about a dropdown on admin portal phonebook page (next to google
domain maybe?) with the following values : conditions:
1. disable personal contacts on phone : show personal contacts flag set on true
for all private phonebooks
2. enable personal contacts on phone : show personal contacts flag set on false
for all private phonebooks
3. both enable and disable personal contacts on phone : some private phonebooks
have show personal contacts flag set on false, other on true
