I was thinking we have only a per-User boolean setting. Nothing system-wide. For the User portal, would be best to put it on the Phonebook screen. But in the Admin portal the User view does not have a Phonebook screen. (Since the Admin cannot see the User's phonebook contents.) I'm reluctant to add yet another screen to the Admin portal User view, just for this one new setting. Any suggestions?
