Even the title of XX-6767 is to set "Use Group Speed Dial" checkbox disabled by 
default, I think the real issue of this JIRA is really to avoid unwillingly 
lose user-entered data when enable the checkbox. With Ernest's patch, when the 
checkbox is enabled, "Add Number" is disabled. This should serve the purpose. 
Whether the checkbox is checked/unchecked by default probably isn't that 
important anymore.

I think the description text for the checkbox should be made clear that uncheck 
the checkbox will enable "Add Number". Otherwise, user has to "figure out" the 
way. It is better to make it clear and intuitive.
