Thanks for all the feedback. The new proposed changes for XX-8070 are:
- The widgets for uploading a User's personal music files will now only be
displayed when 'Audio Source' is set to 'Personal Music Directory'. They will
be given a title: "Personal Music Directory"
- A new "Play from start" checkbox will be added, default off, and only
displayed when 'Audio Source' is set to 'System Music Directory'. It can only
be modified by an administrator, but can be viewed read-only from the User
portal. Help text:
"Consumes more resources than playing a single stream to all calls on hold.
Configurable only by an administrator."
Note: This new setting will not be available when 'Audio Source' is set to
'Use System Configuration', even if the system configuration is 'System Music
Directory'.
- The Quick Help shown on the User MOH screen from the Admin portal will be
added to the User portal. (I'm not sure why it isn't there now...)
Note that "play from start" mode will continue to be the only mode used for
'Personal Music Directory'. (There's no functional requirement for the other
mode, and using it would not yield significant resource savings.)
If there are no objections, then we'll proceed with these changes.
