Consider a new sipXecs administrator, who wants to provision a SIP Trunk. For
some reason he wants to use his own 3rd party SBC, instead of built-in sipXecs
SIP Trunking (sipXbridge.)

He's just discovered the "SIP Trunk" type under Devices -> Gateways -> Add new
gateway...

So now he's trying to figure out where to enter the IP address of his SBC. But
all he can find is a drop-down labelled "SBC Route", with options: "None" and
"sipXbridge-1".

He may eventually discover that he needs to first go back and create a Devices
-> SBC Route.

But I think it will be simpler to instead allow him to de-select the "Use
Internal SIP Trunk SBC" checkbox, and directly enter the SBC IP as the SIP
Trunk's "Outbound Address".

Does that make sense?
