I lost a few emails, but let me try to understand, we have kinda 4 separate questions (often, best sent as separate emails)
Topic 1: Can voicemails be stored in database nothing out of the box, but anything is possible. The sipXivr project has the code to manage the reading and writing of vm files. What are you looking to achieve? Integration with another product? Replication? Topic 2: Assuming yes to topic 1, can I use MSSQL instead of postgres depends if and how topic 1 is addressed. Topic 3: Can ACD settings be stored in MSSQL not really, but why? There is an API to drive the configuration of ACD, so you can drive the configuration from an app u design that pulls from anything to desire. Topic 4: Can anyone point to autodialer projects/functionality. The underlying FreeSWITCH project probably has some tips here.
