3.2.3 is known to have issues. You should consider going BACK to
3.1.3RevC as there are issues with 3.2x firmware in general,
especially as it relates to SLA at this time.

I agree the issue should be reported to Polycom, I also think it would
be a good idea to use a custom template to create a blank
MWI/subscription uri until something more formal is done.

I would never attempt to use 3.2.3 in production (I tried, it was problematic).
