i see now.

I was thinking out loud on #sipx and also thought we could auto
detect, but it's impossible because other end is coming thru generic
gateway and media hasn't started yet.

I knew we shouldn't have listened to those kids asking for hide and
seek aliases.

would be very welcomed feature to address this, probably captured few
different way in tracker already.
