Yeah, sorry I got kicked out for a bit on IRC.

If and when we can detect on call setup (we can I suspect with t.38, but
cannot on t.30) we should be able to switch. That can be a later
enhancement, but requires a bit of testing to.

I think Cristi has a handle on the alises, but some help will be needed with
the FS piece of the build to start using mod_spandsp and keeping inline with
their 1.07 way of consolidating voip profiles and stuff too.

let me know when there is something to test!
