I forget to add the word "consolidated" before RLS in my message.
If there is a consolidated RLS active at sipXecs it keeps in memory every subscribed extension calls information (the full RLS does not), if you try to pick up a call on one of its subscribed extension the information about that ringing calls should be there. ---- It's important to note that call pickup generally does fail if the line that is being picked up is on more than one UA.
