I have a problem to get to my Call Center. I dial the number of my call center and hear my welcome message at first. After that I wondered why I didn't step to the Queue with the music.
I tried to create my own queue, but in this tries I used the default_queue. Yes, the specified value for Queue field match the one configured in openACD UI.
