What version of sipXecs are you using?

If using latest 0.0.4.5.2 check for errors
 /var/log/sipxpbx/freeswitch.log
 /var/log/sipxpbx/openacd/*.log

If using 4.4 check for errors
 /var/log/sipxpbx/freeswitch.log
 /opt/openacd/*.log
