Well, I guess I understand a little bit more of it now.
I traced the behavior of a polycom where presence does work.
I noticed that the polycom sends an notify every time its status is
updated.
The cisco phones are not, so I guess this cannot be solved in sipXecs.

Ok, I'm not too familiar w/this area, hopefully someone w/more
experience on this part of presence and SIP can provide some guidance.
