This is happenig because the
'/opt/freeswitch/sounds/en/us/callie/IVR/prrec.wav' file is missing.

file or directory.]
Normally, if the 'allow voicemail' option is enabled the 'prrec.wav' should
be played.

So, please raise a JIRA ticket for this issue.
