condrestart only restarts the service if it is running. nofork (I think) as opposed to fork: threads are faster and less memory intensive on a system. forks are used to copy the process/variables into own memory space and run "independently" which is good for troubleshooting (nofork). reload/force reload. reload is just reload (go through the configuration), force reload says "new config change, stop service, then restart and use the config file). Force reload will stop the service, whereas reload will not.
