What version bootrom is on it?

I typically use the following method on Polycom firmware: Let the phone
pull bootrom via sipx and then only put the "split" firmware on sipx for
the phone to download.

I think the latest bootrom is 4.3.1 and it works on my phones here as well
as with phones that are shipping with firmware 4.x. Just beware after you
pass a certain firmware image release there is a OITA downgrade procedure.
So far, all the phones I have touched with 4.x are able to use the process
above without issue (to get them back to 3.2.x firmware).
