Hi! If I set up an extension (e.g. 300) and set it to forward a call to an external PSTN number, like a cell phone, it works fine if I call extension 300 from another extension on the system (e.g. 305) regardless of whether extension 305 has permission to make the external call.
From what I have been able to establish on the Wiki and from other sources, this is how it is supposed to work and it is how I would expect it to work. However, if I make a call from outside to the IVR and then dial extension 300, it does not forward. I would like it to be able to do that.
