Thanks for your help. I am new to SipX and to SIP and was not quite sure where to look or how to use the logs and viewer.

SipX is working correctly. The problem is that our PSTN is providing us with a 4-digit number, but are expecting a legitimate 10-digit source number on an outgoing call. When we route a call from them back to them they complain about only having the 4-digit source number (that they provided us in the first place) and reject the call. I have resolved the problem by manipulating the source number in the gateway.

regards,
Alan.

However, if I make a call from outside to the IVR and then dial extension 300, it does not forward. I would like it to be able to do that.

Is this an intentional restriction or have I set up something incorrectly and, if the latter, where should I start looking to find out what is wrong and how to fix it?

This ought to work as you expect. Can you describe exactly what
symptoms you see? Can you get a call trace of the failed call?

Dale
