If your two LAN segments are connected at one point and there is plain routing (no NAT) then wlan phones should work fine. If you must use an FXS device and cordless phones make sure you get ones that use a different frequency to the wireless LAN. I know some DECT phones are 2.4GHz and will interfere with the network.
