3.0.3.0401 with bootrom 4.1.1 on sipx 3.10.2 has been rock solid for me here. Only running 3.10.2 anymore couldnt say on 3.8. 3.10.1 and 3.10.2 have major changes in the RLS server, and 3.x firmware is generally supposed to fix it, but until the templates for sipxconfig catch up with the newer options in 3.1.0 firmware, I sure feel good about 3.10.2 sipx running 3.0.3.0401 firmware.
