I haven't run into the polycom-polycom-polycom blind transfer issue...
guess the users I have seen in a typical office scenario don't need to
transfer that often.

I also don't usually utilize 550's.  650's and 330's are the norm at
this point.  These are all restarting properly with 3.10.2 with 3.0.3b
(3.0.3.0401) and firmware 4.1.0.
