Hi There,
       Have you downloaded and set up the config files for the
phone, a factory reset will usually have a config server set up at
the phone's base location, the xml file would need to be adjusted to
give your details as the defaults, otherwise it may pick the firmware
base settings, where a server and address are different to yours.
