Hello to the community, I have recently configured with success my PBX using sipx 3.10.2, with about 500 users. Everything works just fine(PSTN GW, VM , A/A etc).
I have one question : As an operator (dialing 0), I want to use a real person. Is it possible to configure my pbx, when someone dials zero to get connected to my "alive" operator and not to auto attendant? Also I want to know if there are any ip phones for this kind of purpose( operator console with 3 or 4 incoming lines). Thank you very much, and I wish to everybody Happy New Year Dimitris - Greece
