Great job! To make the operator be a live person, go to System -> Dial Plans -> Auto Attendant. Take the '0' off the aliases for the Auto Attendant. Activate your dial plan again to pick up the changes. Now, find the user you would like to make your operator and add the '0' as an alias for that user. For attendant station phones I usually use the Polycom 650. It has 6 line keys by default. There are add-on 14 button side cars. Happy New Year! Everything works just fine(PSTN GW, VM , A/A etc). I have one question : As an operator (dialing 0), I want to use a real person. Is it possible to configure my pbx, when someone dials zero to get connected to my "alive" operator and not to auto attendant?
