Hi,
Followed the steps mentioned by Micheal and tested. This works perfectly
with SCS 3.10.3-014059.
This does not work with 3.11.9 and an issue has been reported for this
http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XECS-2068
Thanks,
Chaitra

Dimitris,
Great job!
To make the operator be a live person, go to System -> Dial Plans ->
Auto Attendant.
Take the '0' off the aliases for the Auto Attendant.
Activate your dial plan again to pick up the changes.
Now, find the user you would like to make your operator and add the
'0' as an alias for that user.
For attendant station phones I usually use the Polycom 650. It has 6
line keys by default. There are add-on 14 button side cars.
Happy New Year!
Mike

Hello to the community,
I have recently configured with success my PBX using sipx 3.10.2, with
about 500 users. Everything works just fine(PSTN GW, VM , A/A etc).
I have one question :
As an operator (dialing 0), I want to use a real person. Is it
possible to configure my pbx, when someone dials zero to get connected
to my "alive" operator and not to auto attendant?
Also I want to know if there are any ip phones for this kind of
purpose( operator console with 3 or 4 incoming lines).
Thank you very much, and I wish to everybody Happy New Year
Dimitris - Greece
